Clinical Systems are assessed to identify areas of risk that could result in deficiencies and/or liability issues.
Our Consultants will visit your center and be on-site for 3 to 5 days, depending on the size of the center. After careful assessment of your systems and processes, we will meet with your team to review the findings and recommendations. We will then assist your management team as they develop an action plan to address areas of concern. A comprehensive report detailing the results of our findings will be provided 2 weeks after the initial assessment.
