them through managing their residents by meeting regulatory compliance and meeting resident’s needs. This program is ideal for facilities
that have a small budget for education or no staff development department. It can be used in whatever way best fits your organization,
even if it is monthly, quarterly, or annually. These programs are developed and designed to meet the 12 hour federal requirement and
can be conducted onsite
Our in-services are designed to provide interactive education, which will motivate
your employees. We provide certificates of completion for each module. In the future we plan on attaching CEU’s to these modules.
You can choose from a variety of subjects. Education Modules are scheduled to meet facility needs and ensure that all shifts are captured.
Post-test will also be offered so that you can utilize them in your annual performance appraisals.

The Education Modules are complimentary to the LTC and ALF process. They will provide and meet basic knowledge requirements as well
as Advanced Nursing Skills to achieve resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance. These education modules are also a means to
clearing State and Federal citation requirements.
