A current focus area of the surveyors is to validate that nursing staff is receiving appropriate Clinical Competencies for all areas of care.

     Clinical Solutions will complete observational Clinical Competencies for your nurses to ensure that their clinical skills are up to date. Completion of the Clinical Competencies will be recognized with “Certification of Completion.” Competencies will be developed to meet facility needs.
