In the State of Maryland, the average number of citations has increased from 8 to 10. The number of ‘Gs’ and ‘IJs’, level has also increased. In the last 5 months, Maryland State Survey team was trained on recognizing ‘IJ’ deficiencies. There has already been an increase in the number of ‘IJs.’

     Clinical Solutions provides routine chart audits and identifies areas of concern that could lead facility to having multiple deficiencies including ‘G’ and ‘IJ’  level deficiencies. We Assess facility progress, put in place a Plan, Implement the plan, and   Evaluate the outcomes. Tracking and trending is completed with identification of root cause when trending negatively, followed with appropriate plans to help facility trend positively.
