Most deficiencies are preventable if identified and corrected before the survey team finds them. By conducting a mock survey and/or chart reviews at least six months before annual survey is accepted, Clinical Solutions will come to your facility with a team of consultants who are experienced in measuring compliance with the LTC and ALF standards and regulations. The consultants will base their findings on their expert observations as well as a chart audit of at least ten percent of your residents. At the conclusion of the survey, we will meet with your department team and review all of the potential survey citations that we identified.
